Before coming to Polston Tax, Nicole gained experience by working with Fortune 100 companies and with business and community leaders both internationally and domestically at a national speakers bureau. Through these work experiences, Nicole has developed the interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills necessary to help businesses and individuals from all blocks of life develop mutually beneficial relationships. Nicole believes that we all get better when we work together.
Currently, Nicole serves as the Vice President of the Tulsa Chapter Accounting and Finance Women’s Alliance Board of Directors, an Ambassador in the Tulsa Home Builders Association, and runs a monthly Breakfast Club for local professionals to network with one another.
When not at work, Nicole can likely be found mentoring and investing in inner city youth at Central Junior High and High School. She is particularly passionate about providing college/career readiness opportunities to the next generation. In her free time, she enjoys playing basketball with students at The Zone Academy, taking dance classes and planning international travel adventures with her sister.
