Vanessa Hernandez is from Muskogee, Oklahoma and has lived in the Sooner State her whole life! Vanessa is currently attending Tulsa Community College and working towards obtaining her Associates of Science in Business Administration. She enjoys her work because every day she gets the opportunity to help others in some way, shape, or form! Vanessa says she was led to Polston Tax because she wanted to find a workplace that was built on the dedication to helping others, and she felt the company values aligned with her own!

When Vanessa is not at work, she is most likely out and about with her dogs, family, or friends! She is an aunt to 7 beautiful children and has 2 Dachshunds named Benji & Bella. Benji is a goofy, playful boy who loves to burrow under the covers at bedtime, and Bella is a sweet girl who is always open to pets and cuddles.  Some of Vanessa’s hobbies include reading, writing, singing, hiking with her dogs, cooking, baking, traveling, and going to the gym. Something that people would be surprised to learn about Vanessa is that she used to box - she trained as a teenager and plans on getting back into it soon! One of Vanessa’s proudest accomplishments is that she is the first in her family to further her education!
