Case Manager I
Khatia was born and raised in Republic of Georgia moving to the United States when she was 15 and has lived in California ever since. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a double major in Political Science: Law and Society as well as Sociology. Khatia felt led to this career field because her family was dealing with the IRS due to a mistake made by their accountant, she had no clue what tax resolution was until then. She did her research, learned about resolution and taxes, helped her parents, and then started looking for jobs in tax Resolution. Khatia felt led to Polston Tax because she feels like she fits right in with the company and its values. She knows how difficult it is being on the other side of things, so she loves being able to help and make a difference in other people’s lives.
When Khatia isn’t at work helping her clients, you’ll find her hanging out with friends and family or in a recording studio listing to her husband rock and roll. Some of her hobbies include Travelling and cooking. Khatia’s biggest accomplishment takes place after graduating high school when she organized a women’s association where they helped single mothers and elderly women with expenses and medications. One thing that people would be surprised to learn about Khatia is that she became fluent in English in high school and graduated with the highest GPA within ESL class for the past 20 years!
