Business Intelligence Manager
Mario Tercero graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Physics. His research focused on Computational Physics, Quantitative Analysis, and Mathematical modeling. Mario has industry experience working as an Analyst for Fortune500 companies and a Startup. Mario also holds Business Analytics certifications in: Tableu, Python, Power Bi, SQL, DBMS, and Matimatica.
Mario Tercero is a first generation Nicaraguan-American. He spent most of his childhood playing basketball and skating the streets of Miami. In college he developed a passion for algorithmic trading which ignited his journey into the world of finance and analytics.
Financial literacy is not intuitive and rarely taught in schools. Growing up in a minority household, Mario saw first-hand how these communities are disproportionally affected. By educating and bringing awareness, he hopes to contribute to the narrowing socioeconomic gaps that bars those from financial freedom and ultimately creating more stable fulfilling lives.
