Jim Fishinger is originally from New Jersey and currently calls Palm Coast, Florida home, where he has lived for the past six years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University in Union, New Jersey. With a strong analytical background, Jim was naturally drawn to the accounting field, where he can apply his problem-solving skills and attention to detail to help organizations operate more efficiently. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Jim brings dedication, discipline, and a strong work ethic to his professional role.
In his work, Jim enjoys the balance of analytical thinking and creativity, particularly when preparing management reports and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and cost savings. He finds fulfillment in sharing ideas that help organizations improve operations and make smarter financial decisions.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys taking advantage of everything Florida has to offer, including visiting Universal Studios and Disney with his family. He and his family have also been actively involved in horse show competitions for over 10 years, and Jim has volunteered as an announcer for English-style horse shows. He is married and has one daughter who recently graduated from college, along with three stepchildren who are all teachers in Florida. Their family also includes two horses and a dog.
