Case Manager II
Bethany has been a team member of the Polston Tax team for more than five years. As a Case Manager, she works closely with clients to help them navigate complex tax matters with confidence and clarity. Bethany takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, providing consistent communication, and guiding them through each step of the resolution process. She understands that tax issues can be overwhelming and is committed to helping clients feel supported while working toward the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Bethany is a proud boy mom and an advocate for autism awareness and support initiatives throughout Oklahoma. She enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her pets, Mayzie, her doodle, and Franklin, her turtle.
