Courtney Ryfa

Courtney Ryfa was born and raised in Rhode Island, where her journey in finance began in an unexpected way. Although her family had deep roots in finance—her father a CFO and her mother a full-charge bookkeeper—Courtney initially thought she’d go a different route. That changed with her first high school job, working part-time for her father, which sparked a passion for numbers and the satisfaction of problem-solving within the world of accounting. Since then, Courtney has embraced her career in finance, enjoying both the challenge of tackling complex problems and the opportunity to positively impact a company’s financial health. For her, the collaborative environment and chance to learn from a diverse team make the work especially fulfilling.

Now a Florida resident for 13 years, Courtney lives in Palm Beach, where she loves spending her free time at the beach, practicing hot yoga, and exploring new travel destinations. She and her husband Todd are enthusiastic foodies who enjoy cooking together and trying out new restaurants. An interesting fact about Courtney is that she grew up sailing in Newport, Rhode Island, starting at the age of nine. Over the years, she honed her skills on boats up to a 50-foot Catalina, mastering everything from tacking and jibing to mooring. Her sailing background taught her resilience, teamwork, and an enduring love for the water. At home, Courtney and Todd are kept on their toes by Laci, their 6-pound Yorkshire Terrier, who’s the boss of the household!
