Danielle Brand

Danielle Brand is from Alex, Oklahoma. She graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, then went on to graduate from the University of New Mexico School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree!

Danielle feels that she was led to this career field because her dad is self-employed- and through her high school years, she would help him with his bookkeeping. He got audited by the IRS, and she remembers the auditor coming to their house and going through their receipts. Her dad had no legal representation at all, and she just remembers how scared and intimidated she was. This sparked her desire to enter a field where she can help people navigate complex legal situations.

Danielle enjoys her work because she really loves helping people and alleviating the burden of dealing with the IRS or state. She finds it extremely rewarding to be able to use her skills and knowledge to help change people lives. Danielle was led to our firm because she feels we not only want to help our clients, but really go above and beyond to create a culture of charity and kindness.

When Danielle is not at work, she loves to spend time with her family. Danielle has a 6-year-old stepdaughter named Stevie, and is married to her husband, Carl. They have 2 cats named Chris and Freddy, along with 2 dogs named Dea & Stryker! Some of Danielle’s hobbies include reading, playing softball, hiking, fishing, hunting, watching football, and traveling. One of her most proud accomplishments is that in her 6 years of practicing tax resolution, she has saved clients millions of dollars and negotiated with Collections Agents, Revenue Officers, and Department of Justice attorneys. Something that people would be surprised to learn about Danielle is that she graduated high school with 24 people!
