Jennifer McKinney

Jennifer McKinney was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and raised in Texas from the age of nine, blending her Irish roots with her Texas heart in both life and work. She earned her Master of Accountancy from McMurry University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, European Division, completing coursework in England and Germany. Her passion for accounting began in high school and grew through experiences in the military, college, and building her own business, giving her a broad perspective and a knack for problem-solving.

Jennifer specializes in tax work, finding satisfaction in helping clients navigate complex situations and turn stressful challenges into manageable solutions. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Preparers, and the Texas Chapter, and has a strong passion for philanthropic work in criminal justice, supporting those impacted by incarceration.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys staying active with running, swimming, hiking, and traveling, and she treasures her life with her husband, their border collie mix Pepper, and their son, now off to college in Arizona.
