Kathy Yu

Kathy Yu is originally from South Korea and currently calls California home. She studied Commercial Art at SinGu University, Information Technology at Allegheny College, and Finance at Southern New Hampshire University.

With a background in accounting and finance, Kathy was drawn to a career in taxation and went on to become an IRS Enrolled Agent. She enjoys continually learning and helping clients navigate their tax matters. She is excited to join Polston, grow in her career as an Enrolled Agent, and provide clients with the support they need.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys watching YouTube and learning new things. She also has a passion for giving back to her community and has volunteered with foster youth organizations, helping provide tax filing assistance and financial education.

Kathy shares her life with her husband, their two sons, and their two dogs.
