Case Manager I
Valoria Williams is from Richmond Hill, Georgia, and has proudly called the state home for 29 years. She attended South Carolina State University and found her way into this career field thanks to the encouragement of her late husband, who helped her overcome her fear of numbers and showed her the strengths she already had in finances and helping others. Her natural people skills and compassion make her a perfect fit for guiding clients through challenging situations.
Valoria loves her work because it allows her to listen to clients’ stories and play a role in helping them move forward with a new outlook. Before this career, she proudly served in the United States Navy as an Ocean Systems Technician (Analyst)—an experience that took her as far as Iceland. She also built and successfully ran a trucking company in Savannah, Georgia, proving her resilience and entrepreneurial spirit. Above all, she counts her adult children, Christopher and Kyana, as her greatest accomplishments.
Outside of work, Valoria is a dedicated gardener who tends to large flower beds around her city lot. She also enjoys spending time with her significant other, DeWayne. Guided by her deep faith in God, Valoria believes every step of her journey has been ordered, and she continues to find strength and purpose in following the path He lays before her.
